All emergency requests are determined by the customer and responded to within a 2-hour time frame. Normal service requests are typically met within a 24 hour period.

LABOR RATES

If your firm does not opt for the extended coverage. Hooper Communications can bill on an “as needed” basis. Parts will be billed as incurred.
