The NEC Partner Support strategy includes remote and onsite technical support, hardware replacement for covered assets, access to software upgrades plus administrator and end user training. Pricing is based on the NEC assets covered with terms options of 1yr, 3yr and 5yr. Also options to include NEC phones are available.

Warranty

Hooper Communications provides superior and dependable service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each technician is factory trained and certified, meeting the highest standards of service excellence. All emergency requests are determined by the customer and responded to within a 2-hour time frame. Normal service requests are typically met within a 24 hour period.

Maintenance

Hooper Communications provides comprehensive service and maintenance to new or existing telephone phone systems and data networks.
