Our Warranty

Hooper Communications provides superior and dependable service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each technician is factory trained and certified, meeting the highest standards of service excellence. All emergency request are determined by the customer and responded to within a 2 hour time frame. Normal service request are met within a 24 hour period.

STANDARD WARRANTY

Two year manufacturer’s warranty from the date the system is purchased. This covers all parts and labor for the entire period and excludes damage caused by misuse, lightning, fire or flood.

EXTENDED WARRANTY / MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

You can also purchase an additional 3 years of warranty from the manufacturer for a total of 5 Years for a minimal cost. This can be part of the original quotation and include all parts and labor repairs for 5 Years. After the first 5 years, you are also able to purchase an extended warranty. These are typically done in one year increments.

LABOR RATES

If your firm does not opt for the extended coverage. Hooper Communications can bill on a “as needed” basis. Parts will be billed as incurred.
