Panavoice Courier
The PanaVOICE Courier Voice Processing System is a comprehensive Automated Attendant and Voice Mail application designed to deliver solutions for almost any customer application.
The Courier application resides on our robust "inskin" Integrated Feature Module (IFM), a PC platform card that slides into the DBS 576 & 576 HD cabinet to integrate directly with the cabinet's backplane. This high level of integration provides the user with state-of-the-art call processing functionality and a host of unique features. The Courier line-up gives you several configuration options depending upon your individual application. Whether it's low port requirements for small offices, higher port capacity for Networked systems, or advanced Local Area Network functionality, the Courier Voice Processing line is sure to deliver the solution that's right for your company.
MailQuest Unified Messenging
For those companies that use Microsoft Exchange and Outlook for e-mail, MailQuest can be integrated with Outlook so that voice messages are delivered to Outlook to unify voice and e-mail messages in the Outlook GUI. Accessing the voice mail message through Outlook will activate the listen screen, and the message can be handled from there through pointing and clicking.
All of the MailQuest functions have been embedded within the Outlook GUI, and can be accessed through drop down windows to customize MailQuest functions for each individual user.
The Outlook integration is designed to improve message management for the user and simplify the process to handle several different types of messages from one location.
